I have had massage therapy for over 2 decades and have been seeing Alex for 6 months. I’ve never had a better massage therapist than Alex. She is top notch and truly gifted with the ability to find the areas that need attention. Alex will focus on deep tissue or stress relief, depending on your needs. No matter your needs, I highly recommend Alex.
My boss, who actually used to give massages, gifted me this for my work anniversary. I have been going regularly since! She personalizes each massage, and tracks the progress with you - so it feels like you are on the road together! My shoulders and back need regular massage - I cannot imagine going without it now. It is also nice to find someone who isn't part of a big machine, but rather a small business that I am happy to support!
I was introduced to Alex through a friend who was getting relief for an issue that physical therapy was not helping.
