Fantastic 90 min massage w/ Alex! We discussed where I've been having tightness and issues. She worked on those spots and then some!And we made a what's next plan for my next appointment. The office has easy parking and is clean. She was kind, professional and obviously knows what she's doing because I'm feeling better already! Highly recommend!
Alex is the master of relaxation. She asks what you need and is so responsive, each time I’ve visited has been a custom tailored experience. Plus, she is ready for my visit every time - knows I’m on the calendar and remembers what worked last time and if I’ve scheduled a next time. Her space is welcoming and comfortable - I recommend the heated table for those winter months! I’ve already recommended Alex to several friends and found her from another friend’s recommendation. Sign up early, her calendar fills up!
Alex is the best! She’s caring, attentive and takes time to understand your needs. I typically do a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it is LIFE CHANGING! Not too soft or too intense, but just the right amount of pressure to make a real difference. It feels both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. Highly recommend!
best massage ever! once I started seeing Alex a few years ago I have not been to any other therapist in the area. clean space, she is a very intuitive therapist w many techniques reccomend
