Emi was the most amazing midwife for my family. She took the time to listen to us and explain when needed. I was so impressed by her kindness and patience in both pre-natal care and during our birth- which unexpectedly ended with us in the hospital. But Emi stayed with us every step of the way so I knew we were in good hands. I want Emi to help catch all my babies!
Emi was our midwife last year, and we couldn’t have asked for a better provider! She was extremely supportive and responsive throughout the whole pregnancy and birth, but we were especially thankful for her at-home postnatal visits. My spouse and I chose Emi & Journey Midwife Services because we trusted her values & expertise and appreciated her mission to expand access to midwifery care. I whole-heartedly recommend her!
Emi is excellent at what she does and passionate about her work. She's very personal in which I appreciated alot, the time taken to listen to my questions & concerns helped with my pregnancy and L&D. She's just all around a beautiful spirit, loving, patient, encouraging and full of smiles. I highly recommend Emi as a midwife to friends and family...anybody! No complaints at all!
Emi delivered both my babies. I feel like she is part of our family. She is patient, kind, nonjudgmental, extremely competent and thorough. What else could you want in a midwife?! She provided excellent prenatal and postnatal care. She helped me feel comfortable with all the changes going on in my body and my life. And when it was game time aka delivery time she was amazing. Emi will be my Mifwife for my firs baby and a home birth. I am very excited to go thru this experience with her. In all the appointments I've had with her, she is always happy to answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable and always includles my husband when ever shes showing us anything about our baby. I also have to mention Jessica is great with making appointments and schduling ultrasounds with health providers. I am very happy I found them to help bring my baby into this world.
