Where do I even start? Mr. Macy, the owner, went and picked my car up from the dealer after I was quoted on about a million things that they highly suggest I need. He talked me through every step of my services, even doing small things like changing the air filter in my engine (and saving it to give me a lesson about changing it more often.) MACY is an amazing business man and treats his customers like Gold! I had my daughter's car towed there recently after she could not get it started and thought for sure it was the transmission. It is truly refreshing to see that not everybody is dishonest. He ruled out transmission issues and we were able to get it repaired elsewhere under warranty. Thanks to Crown Transmissions I did not spend unnecessary money.
