I have lived here for 10 years and am very pleased with the place! I am my 88 yr old Mom's caregiver and even though she has many medical issues the resident's are patient and caring towards her and let her play cards with them often. It is great to see so many people participating in so many activities! The management is also very caring and I appreciate the help that we have received at various times!

Kindly stop changing the Loft website to pay our rent; there is no need to be "required" to have our date of birth.
Read Mary's recent review and she is 100% correct in everything she stated. Amenities and cleanliness has declined; constant cockroach problems even though there is pest control; and so many other issues too long to post but it doesn't stop them from raising rents every year, to the point where us seniors are forced to move elsewhere because we cannot afford the rent anymore. The one thing Mary was spot on about was the pool is in good condition but that is because a separate company comes in to take care of it.
