Tried visiting a friend today but once again, ELEVATOR STILL BROKE GOING ON A WEEK. I'm on crutches so couldn't walk to the other elevator which is not much better because that one is always broke too. Disabled seniors suffer the most. Caveat Emptor...
You do not care about the “esteemed senior residents” because you would not force such huge rent increases we cannot afford. Most of us got a few extra dollars from Social Security and you think nothing of taking all of it and then some. I got $35 and you raised the rent $96. Where do you think the extra $61 has to be taken from? Grocery money. And community standards. The place is dirty, frequent bedbugs that are spread from community areas, and services lacking compared to the past.
