Read Mary's recent review and she is 100% correct in everything she stated. Amenities and cleanliness has declined; constant cockroach problems even though there is pest control; and so many other issues too long to post but it doesn't stop them from raising rents every year, to the point where us seniors are forced to move elsewhere because we cannot afford the rent anymore. The one thing Mary was spot on about was the pool is in good condition but that is because a separate company comes in to take care of it.
Lived at this residence for 3 years, 3 different managers, 4 different asst mgrs, one manager was actually arrested for crimes against the elderly. 5 different maintenance men. The seasonal bed bugs are a constant, loosing access to common areas every winter since move in and for some reason mgm. won't throw away or replace the common area furniture when infested. Nothing changes! Cockroaches throughout the building, hallway carpets filled with stains that are never cleaned, trash rooms stink because they are never washed down from loose garbage thrown on the floor, high rent increases that seniors cannot afford on SS so we are forced to move.
UPDATE: On 11-06-2025, I was finally locked out of an area “inside my apartment” by management and am being denied my right to adequately clean that area which I believe could pose a fire hazard. Additionally, I was told not to keep my tea kettle on my stove as it also poses a fire risk. When determining where you would like to reside, my advice is choose wisely. Love this place! Always friendly faces and working with Amanda, Robert and Rocky has been an absolute pleasure! Clearly they take pride in making everyone comfortable and welcomed!!
