This is one of my favorite places, but today, at 5 PM in the middle of the afternoon, I walked in to try to buy lingerie, and they were closed for lunch. I asked if someone could help me because I was traveling, but they said, ‘No, sorry, we open at 5:20.’ To me, it’s strange that on a Wednesday at 5 PM, after work hours, they would be taking a break and claiming to be extra busy. They were pretty rude and seemed annoyed that I was knocking on the door at 5 PM on a Wednesday, as if I were being unreasonable.
Dishonest company. Terrible service. Will NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN.
Not a pleasant shopping experience, rude standoffish attendant on a weekday afternoon.
