Amazing customer service! My partner and I left it very last minute to order a replacement battery for our e-bike - I jumped on the website and David graciously helped me secure one and helped us to schedule an in person appointment in Reno before the burn. I’m beyond grateful! Having our bike on the Playa makes the world of difference - thanks to the joulvert team!

I got a yellow Journey Pro from the Joulvert shop back in November 2024. I've had to bring it back in a few times for issues, but they fixed each under the 1-yr warranty. In order, the issues were: 1) battery died & wouldn't charge (they gave me an upgraded battery b/c they didn't have mine in stock), 2) charger stopped working (apparently I was given the wrong type of charger at purchase), and 3) bike wouldn't turn on (was because the prongs to the battery bent a little so power wasn't getting to the bike).
