I rented a Model X for 2 days 1 week in advance and was confirmed. They charged my credit card over $450 and added a $500 credit card hold that never gets removed. They say it will but once it comes off your credit card they add another one so it never gets removed. They cancelled on me 1 hour before my pick up. They are not reliable at all. Great company with a fleet of well maintained cars. Been renting with them for a few years now, and they always treat me amazing. I love the Rivian and Lucid's. Again always impeccably maintained. The delivery service is fantastic as well.
Great cars & locations. Pricing is deceiving because it doesn't include insurance. It's not clear which level of insurance is required to purchase. Some levels require you to have your own insurance (even when you purchase minimum coverage).
