The car was gray everything the Tesla is gray. The only thing is the car have a bad smell has cigarette smell.

I had a issue since February 22,2025 .you attempted to send me 289$ and never got deposit it was returned to you.I spoke to numerous agents and everyone says the same thing.send me a screenshot of it going out and that they will check on it and get back. Just so you know Nobody has gotten back to me nor were they willing to help just pay for what you ask for. No customer appreciate at all. I absolutely recommend Joulez. They are very helpful, easy going, and affordable. The only “downside” I would say is that you can only communicate with them through email, WhatsApp, or through the text feature on their app because they are internationally based, but they reply instantaneously and make the process simple, they are there to help each step of the way. Joulez always manages to amaze me with their professionalism, good hospitality and amazing service. Their cars are reliable and in great condition for use. Would absolutely recommend.
