원래 테슬라를 빌리려 했지만 예약이 늦어 리비안을 빌리게 되었습니다. 픽업 장소는 Bronx Terminal Market 3층 주차장으로 지하철 접근성이 좋습니다. 주의: 구글맵 핀이 잘못되어 있어 헤맬 수 있으니 조심하세요. 직원분이 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 됐습니다. 리비안이 처음이라 테슬라와의 차이를 설명해 주셔서 금방 익숙해졌습니다. 반납도 간단했고, 픽업했던 곳에서 그대로 반납했더니 바로 체크해 주셨어요. Joulez에는 FSD가 적용된 테슬라도 있으니, 본토의 FSD를 경험해 보고 싶은 분들에게 강력 추천합니다. 가격도 합리적이고 투명합니다. 허츠나 식스트보다 저렴하거나 원하는 차종을 지정할 수 있어 경쟁력이 있었습니다. 다음에는 FSD가 적용된 테슬라를 미리 예약해서 며칠 더 타볼 예정입니다. Five-Star Experience with Joulez! I have been renting Joulez’s electric vehicles and couldn’t be happier with the service. Two accounts were created in beginning when it was discovered the team helped us in deactivating one of the accounts. The booking process was a little rocky with tips and tweaking it went smoothly, the vehicles were clean and modern. Unethical business. Me and my partner got in an accident with on of their vehicles and they’ve been dodging us. They let the ambulance bill go to debt collections, and when we call them to ask why they haven’t submitted the bill to insurance, they say they’ll get back to us and then ignore our calls and messages. Ontop of that they have been ignoring our request to be sent the accident report and dash-cam footage for months. Terrible business, they are so shady and don’t even care to hide it.

This company is terrible , customer service terrible no help and don’t rent from them if you’re trying to insurance you can’t get it in nyc so don’t try.
