I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am with Jostens. I ordered a replacement of my class ring the was lost long ago. My wife was buying it for me as a Valentine’s Day gift. They said it was 4 to 6 weeks on class ring orders. So we ordered it back in the middle of November to be sure to allow enough time. I have made many calls to them, just to keep getting the run around and excuses why they do have my ring ready. Here it is going into March and still nothing.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend buying anything from this extremely unprofessional company. It took me almost 2 months to get my cap and gown, they sure as all hell charged my card quickly though! When my order finally got here it was completely wrong! I filed a request to have the items returned and it's been over a month and a half since this elusive label was sent out and STILL NOTHING! Jostens is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. I placed an order for graduation attire and 5 weeks later still have not received my order. You cannot e-mail and when calling you are on hold for at least an hour or more. Then their customer service is awful and they can basically tell you nothing. So awful to mess with people's graduation. Stay away from this company!
Shit service
They run discount coupons after they send out e-mails recruiting purchases at retail price. So, those that buy early are penalized; wait until they offer a hefty discount!
I received a shirt with Euless Trinity logo on it and the letters were orange instead of red, so I let them know and they made another shirt and it was just like the first one. So, I contact Jostens again and I was told that it's the machine. Jostens is a large company, so why is their red, orange? Also, you can see the line around the logo, where they ironed it on! This should not happen! I am very disappointed!
If I could enter ZERO stars I would. Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service. I ordered my sons yearbook and paid extra for engraving his name on the cover. Yearbook comes...no engraving...email them asking for refund of extra money...they tell me I need to talk to school...ummm, the school does not do the engraving, Jostens warehouse does...I asked why they are passing the buck to the teacher...kept telling me to contact teacher.
