Its unfortunate that Joslyn has decided to ghost people. Her work we had done when my son was first born was great. I wanted to continue to support her business, even with the high prices it was simply good quality work and a good experience. Saying this, I purchased a package that I wanted to use multiple times this year, but couldn't because she never returned a facebook message, an email, a text or a phone call. I'm very disappointed. Save your money because I'm out mine and I'm not the first.
We paid this lady but never got our pictures. We are out $600 and the pictures. Do not use this company!
Update from previous review: Joslyn has taken SOOOOO many beautiful photos and I am so grateful for all of the memories she has helped me capture over the years. I am BEYOND sad that I was ghosted for my sons sitter session. I have paid her the deposit to hold a photo shoot on September 4th… that day has come and gone. She has ignored all of my messages in attempts to reschedule or use my deposit on a different session. I am out my money, no photos, and have to find a new photographer to help me capture new beautiful moments... read more
Joslyn is a childish person who will take your retainer and cancel on your because of “health issues” or because “it works better for her”. She will ignore your texts , calls , fb messages and even calling her out on Facebook groups. I tried to schedule with her a few different times and would get nothing back from her. Tried requesting for my money back on Venmo and yet AGAIN would get declined and still NOTHING back. You are a horrible person who steals money from FAMILIES. As a mama your self you are disgusting.
