Horribly rude with bad business ethic. My daughter is a nursing student who bought a watch there. She opens it, goes to adjust the time, and the pin falls off. When she takes it back immediately, with the receipt, she tells us that it has to be returned to the manufacturer. She would not even replace it. Takes the money and runs. What she does not know is that I am a nurse who has a ton of colleagues. I told them all the story. I don t want to shop where there is no chance of returning it!

Went in here to buy a pair of shoes...the woman was very rude....I asked for a certain pair in size 8....She got the shoes...went back behind the counter, I tried them on and said, The left one fits, but the right one is tight... She didn t even address the issue.. I left the shoes there, walked out...and said, thank you.. HEY LADY....!!!!! I m your bread and butter...will never go in this store again!
