Amazing experience!! The room was very comforting, comforting music, and Josie was flexible and a calming presence to be in. The bed was also very comfortable and adjustable in many ways. The space was well put together too. My body feels a ton better as well. I have fibromyalgia, and Josie was able to accommodate that and ease my pain immensely. Update July 2025: I slept wrong or something, and I couldn’t turn my neck without having to turn my whole body. And then also when I would look down, I could feel something wrong. It was all fixed after Josie pin pointed a knot and whatever else she found and got it corrected. Same day relief and I am so thankful. My wife also enjoyed her massage since that was her gift. Josie is literally one of the kindest people, we connected so quickly and she was just absolutely amazing. I felt so much better after my appointment. I get a lot of anxiety, especially when I know that it’s a time when you’re supposed to be relaxed and quiet, so of course I talked endlessly and she was so sweet about it and made me feel so comfortable. She also knew exactly where my pain points were, and where my trouble areas were coming from, she is totally gifted!
This was my first visit with Josie. She applied just enough pressure in all the right spots. Including areas I didn’t know needed it. I plan on scheduling more sessions with her. I’ve also recommended her to my wife.
