I recently visited Joshua Tiles and was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. Their showroom has an incredible variety of tiles—everything from elegant marble and sleek porcelain to stylish mosaics and durable outdoor options. I ordered some tiles that were "in stock" on the website. After a week I called to see if they were ready to collect and they couldn't find my order even though I had already paid. Eventually the boss called back and told me it would be ready in a few days. When I went to get it they had ordered the wrong product. Then a few days later they called to say they could no longer get the product I had ordered and processed a refund - initially less than I paid but after complaining eventually the full amount. Good products, good prices and good service.
If I could give 0 stars I would, my partner and I walked around the showroom for 20 minutes looking to buy a splash back, had 4 workers in the store all either on their phones or just sitting at their desk. Not a single person asked if we needed any help, didn’t even say hello to us. Never before have I walked into a retail store let alone a show room and been completely ignored. Disgusting “customer service”
Contacted Joshua Tiles for changing my old carpet to timber flooring. Rebecca was really helpful and the installer was punctual, also did a great job. Wide range of products to choose from at a competitive price.
