He is a 5 star mortgage loan officer who actually loves his job and takes serious pride in taking care of his clients. The level of timely communication and follow up is second to none. His assistant, Carissa worked tirelessly to keep the paper trail rolling smoothly and quickly. If you're in the market to buy a home, there's no one I'd trust more than Josh. He made our home buying experience a pleasure.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Joshua! His communication was clear, concise, and proactive- and his response times were great. We have bought multiple houses over the past decade, and this was the smoothest purchase we’ve had- even with it being a long distance move and everything being done electronically. Most importantly, he secured a good rate for us late in the evening on a Friday because rates were expected to tend higher…and he was right, they did go up the next business day.
