Easy to use
Joshua was an absolute asset when buying my home; I was a first time home buyer tackling a short-sale, one that can in retrospect be described as tumultuous. Joshua was very patient and helpful with me as a first time homebuyer! He made the whole process feel smooth, easy, and manageable. As I was buying a house through a community housing trust, his long experience with these types of sales was greatly appreciated. He also made the process of obtaining a WSHFC down payment assistance loan approachable. He was always friendly, respectful, and communicative. Such a good experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as a loan officer.
Josh and his team are AMAZING. They're kind, professional, passionate about the work they do AND above all else they truly care about each person they get to help.
