I have had 5+ mortgages and worked with a few brokers. Josh Haley and Kai Mortgage are second to none. They do an unbelievable good job, so much so that I wish I had used them on every mortgage/refinance I have ever done. If you are in the process of buying or refinancing a home and don’t reach out to Josh you are doing yourself a disservice. I am glad to have found someone fair and who has his client’s best interest at heart for my mortgage, and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Josh couldn't have been better through the whole experience of buying my first home. He was always on time if not more aggressive to get the numbers and paper work done. He and his team helped meet my time lines and even got in early to help with the stress of the move. Always available and willing to talk through any questions or concerns. I feel like I don't need anyone else as ling as he's around to do the job for my future.

Josh Haley is one awesome individual he helped us all the way through the whole process every question we had got answered and if he didn’t have the answers he went out of his way to get them I couldn’t find a reason to not give a bad review really great guy!!!
