We cannot say enough good things about Josh. Josh was incredible, he truly went above and beyond to ensure I got the best rates and terms on my mortgage. Thanks to Josh I was able to refinance and qualify for a second mortgage at the same time. He is worth a call to get a second opinion even if you're already in the process with someone else
