I would highly recommend Josh both as a realtor and mortgage broker. My wife and I had some knowledge of the real estate market but mortgage side was completely unfamiliar with us. This strange man has been calling my wife once a week, minimum, for almost a year. We told him we didn't need his services back in September. It's very creepy and making her uncomfortable. He uses different numbers and we have the receipts to show. She has blocked over 10 different numbers. Updated: The calls have continued, "Hi, this is Josh the mortgage broker" twice a week. This guy is not ok.
