Replaced camera on ****** and shortly after it had the same problem as before. Contacted them and told them that to which they said they would do a warranty repair once the part came in. After that they wouldn’t respond to me.
1st interaction: Cellphone will not start. Told it needed a firmware update. Turned off again that very night. Paid $74.52. Found online resource on directions how to force a restart which is a daily need now. 2nd interaction: (I should have known!) Prepaid for a replacement/new laptop AC/DC. Seny home with a used one to use "until new one comes in. Prepaid new $43.46. Promised they would call when arrives. 3 weeks later no call. Inquired on their ******** business page. They deleted.
