Mr. O'Neal was court appointment for my son. Did not give him the information he needed about what to do next. When I reached out to the Community Corrections officer to get the information he was NOT surprised that Mr. O'Neal was his attorney. He said and I quote, "That doesn't surprise me, Mr. O'Neal is batting a thousand". I would not recommend this attorney.
He never calls us back we been trying to call for 2 weeks now
This is Holly baker I have called multiple times I get told they will call me back that never happens it’s been almost 6 weeks trying to get my money.Is there. Number I can call
I called Josh o Neal every day sometimes twice a day for two months I was always told someone will call me back no call we got in court and nobody knew anything that was going on requested for new lawyer that day put court day off now I’m waiting on 600.00 that I paid towards another case I decided not to use him due to never returning calls been over a month now still can’t get money I’ve been told Friday for over a month still no check.I have called multiple times all week get told is we will call I never get a call back
Atty Rhy Battles is amazing. He went above and beyond when it came to explaining my rights and my options he answered every question I had to the best of his knowledge without using wish-wash responses and he was ready to take whatever course of action I wanted. When I asked his opinion on how I should handle things, he gave me his honest opinion, as if I were a family member, I took his advice and it worked out the best for me.
