I hired this firm several months ago to file past-due Kansas tax returns and set up a payment plan with the State of Kansas. I was clear about the urgency of my situation and that I was trying to resolve old tax issues responsibly. Despite repeated calls, emails, and in-person visits, I received little to no communication.
