I'm not sure who connected us with Josh Kramer, but we feel it was the absolute best part of our real estate transaction. Josh is amazing to work with. He went above and beyond what was expected of him to get our loan ready and was always there to answer any questions that we had. Working with Josh was a worry free experience. He made the loan part the least stressful part of buying a house. I will definitely be working with him in the future for when I need to refinance and/or when I get another house.
