I would say I had a perfect experience. Josh Kostelyk answered every question I had. He made sure I was informed, he got me in this house easily and was very thorough in his work. I have never bought a house before but it was not stressful for me. If you are worried about who you can trust in the house buying world, you can trust this guy. He works very hard and communicated perfectly through this whole process! Tell him walter sent you! (I do not get anything. He helped me and I wanna help him back!)
