Mr. Hoeppner was out of the office when I originally called so I spoke to his secretary and she had Mr. Hoeppner return my call within 30 minutes and he even communicated with me on a Saturday and Sunday which is unheard of! Mr. Hoeppner explained the laws pertaining to my case and let me know what to expect. He was able to get my case fully dismissed and expunged the first time he appeared in court with me.
