This guy is awesome. He is not licensed in the state I am wanting to buy property so he cannot handle my mortgage. But he spent 30 minutes with me on the phone giving me excellent information. I would strongly recommend you at least give him a call if you need a mortgage!

Josh and his team were wonderful to work with. At the beginning of the process, Josh worked very quickly and very hard to help with our pre-approval and first offer on a home. He went above and beyond in our process of finalizing our mortgage rate.
