Absolutely awful. Dropped off 6 polo shirts to have embroidered with my logo. Said they’d be ready in two weeks. 3 1/2 months later they still weren't done. Offered every excuse you can imagine. Lack of staff, holiday schedule, machine broke down. I picked the shirts up today and will takectgem to a professional vendor that understands the importance of good reliable customer service. I will never use nor can I recommend Joesphs.
