I recently visited the Rice location for a cut and color, trusting the recommendation of friends who frequent the Eldridge location. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. After my appointment, I left with wet hair, and over the following week, I struggled to style it. The more I tried, the more it became apparent that something was seriously wrong. The place is very clean. The staffs were friendly. Service was great. The stylist did an amazing job as usual.
