I recently went to the Assessors department and I must say that my experience was EXCELLENT/FANTASTIC!!! The ladies behind the counter were incredibly HELPFUL and kind!!!!! I had no idea what I was doing and they knew that and walked me through the steps that needed to be taken. They certainly know VERY well what they are doing and I was overjoyed with them when it was all done. I love those ladies!!! I can't thank them enough!!!! Thank you SOOO much!!!!!!!!!!!

I drove all the way down here and your office is closed at 4:00 but your website says 5:00 you need to change those hours it wasn't fair that you had the wrong hours up there

I called today to clarify some questions about information found on the Josephine County Property Data Map, and the lady who helped me (Sierra) was extremely patient and helpful. Even though we weren't able to directly address the questions on the call, she provided a few other useful next steps for me to pursue. She definitely went above and beyond to help me out. I needed assistance with approximately seven pieces of property. I was received warmly and given great assistance by Shannon at the front desk and earlier on the phone two times once with Patti and once with Sierra. These women were efficient and I appreciate them very much
