I receive craniosacral and bodywork sessions from Joseph, depending on what I need. He works in a very intentional, knowledgeable way and is a deep listener. I experience a lot of anxiety and chronic back pains, and Joseph has been so helpful in my healing and learning process. No matter what mental/emotional/physical state I’m in, Joseph finds a way to support me and I always feel relief after working with him!
