I do not recommend this place of business. Very unprofessional. James Porter should carry out what he said he would do. Diane shouldn't speak to clients that way over the phone. Two of the many reasons they lost me as a client.

The Joseph P. Norman Accounting practice is inattentive to details and shows poor communication skills. They fail to follow through with pertinent details of the accounting process. The telephone answering machine is a black hole! They never call back and can t be relied on to solve client problems.
