If I could enter 0 stars I would. This used to be a great firm when under Hillman and we trusted them. Over the last 2 years. Joe has failed to answer/return calls and we just found out had not registered with IRS as POA when filing. We have incurred over $13K in expense to IRS due to items being filed incorrectly or not filed at all. He should not be practicing and we intend to file formal complaint for losses. He should lose CPA designation.
I agree with the last review. Two weeks ago I was promised my paperwork would be mailed to me--it has not been received. The past week I've made 5 calls to the office; none have been returned.
