He handled my uncontested simple divorce from my 1st wife in 2004. No kids no property or investments: $ 900.00 back then !!! Went very smooth. He knows his shit.
Poor excuse of an attorney, not helpful at all at this point he should just retire!! He tell you one thing and does the complete opposite and gets to court and doesn’t remember or know what to do! He might of been a good lawyer 2 decades ago but I assure you he is not one nomore shows no compassion understanding or consideration
He was my lawyer back in the 80's but today didn't want my case so it's all good ,we all get old. Could've just said to much for me

In response to Debi Choquet's review, I have to say, you need to have all the facts before you leave a review like this. I work in the same office as Judge Carroll and he was taken by ambulance from our office at approx. 2 pm on that Friday, October 20, 2017. His secretary was scrambling to provide each appointment that he had booked from Friday night through Sunday evening proper notification that he had taken sick and that she was in the process of finding another Judge.
