I have been coming to this office for at least 20 years, and loved Dr Mangiardi. Everything was good for years, but things have certainly changed. Two years in a row, the prescription for my glasses has been wrong. I would give details, but it would take too long and too much space. It seems all the original staff are gone, and they have all new people who do not seem to have a clue about how to treat a patient/customer. Suffice it to say, I am not going back.
The staff and doctor was so nice ! I didn’t wait long we were in and out. They were all so kind to myself and my kids. Especially the doctor, loved his personality and so nice.

Literally the best place to get your exam and glasses!! Michelle the manager and Sue are the best! Would highly recommend over any other company!! Quick and efficient office all while being extremely pleasant :)
I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have her Kindergarten screening test done. First off, it took almost 3 weeks to get me in. I had explained to the woman on the phone while scheduling, that she knows her numbers but can only read some letters. When I arrived the office staff was very pleasant. Those ladies deserve a higher rating, but not the Opthamologist. He was very short with my daughter. Now she's only four years old, and gets frustrated when she cant do something right.
