Website says opens at 8 AM but called on Monday and got VM saying doesn't open till 8:30. I called back after 9 AM and got VM, explained reason for call and asked for callback. Never received a call on Monday nor Tuesday. I called on Wednesday trying to engage firm for Probate work. They were more concerned about how I found them (Google search) than really me as a potential client so I terminated call and did not use this firm. I am out of state but needed the help in Indiana which is why I tried to use them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a phone appointment with Attorney Joseph and took time out of my day to be available for that call. Not only did I never receive the call, but no one from the office had the courtesy to contact me beforehand or afterward to explain the missed appointment. I understand that schedules can change, but basic professionalism and respect for a client's time should be expected. A simple phone call, text, or email would have gone a long way.
