Joe is very professional, knowledgeable and articulate.I was in the process of buying a house during the pandemic and joe was referred to me by a realtor. We made initial down payment on the house but the deal did not go through and the seller was not willing to give me the initial down payment on the house and was unresponsive to the many attempts I made to discuss the matter. Have sent many emails and left many voicemails. Not sure how you can stay in business not returning calls or emails.
Met Joe through a referral. He came to my house during this pandemic and explained in clear language the steps and the process needed to go through buying a new home. He was friendly, reassuring, articulate, knowledgable, effective and likable. Joe made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a very stressful but successful outcome. Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Poor communication. Poor attitude. He never knew what was going on with our closing! Sold property through his realtor firm and it had numerous violations on it. Highly recommend you to stay away. Only cares about himself
