This is the worst attorney I've ever came across. ... he would laugh in your face and stab you in the back. Very unprofessional. Does not return calls and does not follow up on appointments. I've lost millions of dollars with this attorney. During our closing he behave like a puppet on a string. Whatever the other attorney demands he said yes without any thoughts or hesitation. Joe is very professional, knowledgeable and articulate.I was in the process of buying a house during the pandemic and joe was referred to me by a realtor. We made initial down payment on the house but the deal did not go through and the seller was not willing to give me the initial down payment on the house and was unresponsive to the many attempts I made to discuss the matter. Met Joe through a referral. He came to my house during this pandemic and explained in clear language the steps and the process needed to go through buying a new home. He was friendly, reassuring, articulate, knowledgable, effective and likable. Joe made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a very stressful but successful outcome.
