You did not cut the ticket in half this was the original price $158 and for the record I didn't take a red light I made a legal right turn and you saw the video yourself and said it will be removed and I will have nothing to pay but the fee you charged. So now I'm stuck paying you 75 plus 158 for ticket and 33 for court fees. So don't tell me you cut price in half that is not what we spoke about initially. I was referred to Joseph by someone from the Florida Bar, and I had a very unpleasant phone conversation with him. He did not let me explain why I was interested in his services he kept talking over me which was really rude, and I hung up on him. He really pissed me off he is very unprofessional. He told me I could get arrested just off of someone making up false accusations, and allegations against me. VERY unprofessional. His relative, Jason Hunchuck, is a realtor so Joseph's firm handles the closing process so they can both benefit. I sent escrow money for a deal then declined to move forward with the deal. It's customary for the escrow holding company to reach out to get the wiring instructions to send the money back. Joseph Hunchuck is hands down one of the BEST lawyers I have ever hired for a traffic ticket! He is very attentive, professional, and takes the time to work with you directly.
