*Illegal practices at this firm.* My experience with one of them: Secretary gave illegal "legal advice" over the phone to me after telling me a lawyer from the office would call me back (Joe maybe?). She refused to listen to me and spoke over anything I said repeatedly. She does not know how to use the phone, blaming me for her inadequacies with them. Very rude and confused secretary. She was supposed to have one of the attorneys call me back but she called me and spoke over me when I tried to explain things and was very rude and dismissive. She told me 100% no one could help me and no attorney would be able to help. OBA told me I absolutely have a case and the information she was giving me was wrong. Horrible experience and I didn't even get to speak to a lawyer when I was told I was going to.
