Joe and his team went above and beyond to make our first home-buying experience completely stress-free. They were always prompt in answering our questions, providing pre-approval letters for offers, and helping with anything else we needed along the way. When we finally reached an agreement on a home, Joe was right there at the closing to ensure every detail was handled perfectly. The word mortgage usually carries a negative connotation, but thanks to Joe and his team, our experience was anything but that.
Joe and his team are excellent in all respects. After being in the mortgage process amany times we know it can be stressful and annoying. But, Joe made it so easy and we got a great education about the intricacies and nuances of mortgages and financing. He was always available for any concerns and certainly did what was best for us. By far, he is the best in the business and has a great team.
Joe and his team were incredible during a hectic home-buying time. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Joe was there to answer any questions we had every step of the way.
