Bad Quality Assurance Management If you buy cheese from Joseph Farms in Atwater, CA and there is a problem with it, don't expect to get any help from the quality assurance manager, namely Vince. I have a 2# package of cheese that is molding away and I cannot get a reponse or any kind of reconition from Joseph Farms when I have called numerous times and emailed directly to the company. Oh, and the cheese has never been opened and does not expire until June. Bad management!
