As a first time homebuyer, Joe Budde has been incredibly knowledgeable and great at explaining concepts to me to protect my own interests. He has been able to help me on two different purchasing matters and he will be the first person I choose to work with on any future matters in real estate.
I called to set up the 30 minute free consultation. He needed to ask me a few questions to see if he could help me. He could not but referred someone. But he took time to check on a few things and give me some info. Very nice and polite. I would highly recommend him! 👍

He told me and my underage sisters immediately after our father's death that he doesn't feel that he needs our business because he has enough money and if we won't give him full control of our families accounts he wouldnt look into it.
