We were referred to Joseph through our realtor and our overall experience was very positive. He took the time to meet with us on our schedule and was very interested in getting to know us and understand our situation. Given that this was our first time getting a mortgage, he was very thorough in his explanations and quick to follow up on all of our inquiries throughout the process. The final result was also positive, with Joseph getting us a lower rate than we likely would've got on our own. Overall, highly recommended!
