15 Months in Jail... Said he'd help, but has done the bare minimum. We've had multiple court dates that keep getting put off. He's too busy to help his client. Communication is very poor. He rarely speaks to his client who is stuck waiting in jail. He rarely responds to the family who are looking for answers. Public defense shouldn't be so hard for those without money. Joseph is without a doubt one of the most professional attorneys in the state. He took on my girlfriends case in early 2020 and she paid him up front. After almost 2 and a half years he has never asked her to pay any additional costs.
