Service was good , staff welcoming and warm. Place could use a little more luxury and modern upkeep

I had a great experience at Joseph Anthony of Springfield. Everyone was kind and polite and very welcoming. Lyss was my stylist. She was so nice and very helpful. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but after looking at pictures I brought in and talking to me we figured it out. The results are absolutely beautiful and I love it. It was exactly what I had envisioned. I will always request her every time I go.
