Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. I'm waiting on my 4th month for my taxes to be done. Their phone is shut off and they don't respond to emails. It's June and I turned in my papers 1st week of March and my taxes STILL are not done and he won't respond to me.

Joe is an excellent accountant, knows his stuff and practically predicts what the IRS is going to do and seems to see around corners. Helped me out in a case by showing the big picture so others could understand what was going on - I highly recommend him

I have been having Joseph Murray & Associates do my personal taxes for over twenty years. Always been a positive experience. My returns are not the easiest, I have a small business as well as my regular job. Joseph Murray & Associates has managed to keep everything clear with the IRS. The thing that I most appreciate about JM&A is when questions come back from the IRS, he stands with you to defend the return, which in my case there have been more than a couple.
