I got my hair done there yesterday. It was a big chop. Below are photos of every step, and what i asked for. I called 3 times today and emailed and now I am getting dodged. 2 different instructors helped the student with my hair and both instructors let me leave the salon with my hair done like this. I knew what I was walking into, letting a student cut my hair but this is unacceptable. The instructors should know better. I was not angry until I started getting dodged and now I am angry. The instructor is knowlegable but the students are not very good. I understand that this is a school. Time runs out and you cannot get fixed by the instructor. They would not wash your hair depending on the service requested. Price is cheap. Expect to be there a long time and don't expect anything fancy. The service has to be basic.

Sydney H and Ava Rose were so great with my 7 and 8 year old daughters. They got haircuts and manicures! Great stylists. Highly recommend!
