The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I don’t even want an appointment with him if he has that lady as a receptionist.
Staff is very rude and sarcastic, uninformative and refuses to speak with you regarding your case! Attorney is informative and kind but would do better without the unprofessional nasty administrative staff! Just disgusting and sad!

Definitely the worst. He was appointed to my brother’s case. Troche would never contact us for any updates regarding my brother’s case, and every time we would call, he’d get annoyed , and even once told my Tia to stop calling . What kind of attorney does that? Lmao. He then proceeded to withdraw himself from the case. He makes no effort whatsoever! Ridiculous.
