Jose took the time to hear out what I was looking to improve within myself. He quickly pinpointed the fundamental things that were contributing to the specific issues I was trying to remedy. My experience with Jose was an exceptional one! Not only did I turn to him for guidance with my public speaking skills, but I also had irked to him for help with procrastination. I wasn't sure what to expect as it was first time for me. There were questions asked prior to the session so he could get a feel of the person asking for help and what the needs were. He talks while you relax and always has good vibes. You can get pretty relaxed but not out like the movies. There is positive suggestive discussion during your session. All total it lasted about 1.5 hours. If needed, there are 2 other sessions available in the following in two weeks intervals. Good luck. Joe

I had a fall about 4 years ago that put me in the hospital for 5 days. I was having such terrifying panic attack. I was going to give up riding all together.
