ZERO RESPECT for the client’s time. I had a SCHEDULED VISIT to see Mr Blanco, for the first time, and had to leave after 1h10 waiting. No apologies, nobody came to let me know they were running late, no nothing. They just let you dry in the waiting room and then, they will take you to another room, just to give you the impression that they will be with you soon, but no, get ready to wait for another indefinite time there.
