Fantastic Service! Ordered yarn on Monday morning, it was shipped the same day and arrived only one day later with a personal thank you note and pen! Top noch service!! Will definitely use again :)
Bought needles and they came apart in the first inch of knitting returned to the shop to return the needles and get something different. Would not exchange them; said I had to deal with the manufacturer. Very poor customer service. I will not shop there for anything in the future. The owner dies not stand behind the products she sells.
