Unbelievably unprofessional. They released personal information not only without my consent, I specifically said if this person calls DO NOT give them my personal information! And then Jo tried to sell me Tupperware!!!! Despicable people with no respect for privacy. They will overcharge, under-deliver and try and rope you into a pyramid scheme while handing out your private info to whomever calls!
Worked with them for years. Great service, quick, always helpful. I highly recommend!
It has become apparent to me that one of the services provided at Jo’s is to offer the private information of their clients to anyone that asks. If you value your privacy and want your information to remain confidential, I suggest your search elsewhere for your tax needs.
If you are looking for your right to privacy to be completed disregarded, your personal information disclosed to outside parties, and incredulous unprofessionalism Jo's Tax services is right for you. Do not trust these people with your information, it is not safe with them. If I could give them no stars I would. A shambling shack desperately clinging to relevancy in an industry that has outgrown them when everything they offer can and should be done online.
