The staff at the store were extremely helpful and polite. They went above and beyond by assisting me with my basket and carrying it from the second floor to the main floor. Excellent customer service!
I always visit this place — they never disappoint! They have a great variety of dinner sets with reasonable prices 👌. The quality and designs are excellent, and there’s always something new to choose from. Highly recommend checking them out!
It’s not good experience with the tea mugs so cheap Quality i was filling cup with the tea and tea was coming out from bottom and I burn my feet and that lady said this cup will become white after putting the tea and actually it was white with ugly look I am so disappointed you can charge more but don’t sell road side material stuff otherwise you hav good decoration stuff in your shop and pls work on customer service too
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No skill of service, so rude and not apologetic at all. Don’t care about anything. Purchased jars and the colours were not the same the lid would not close properly, their product was damaged they wouldn’t even let us exchange for something else in store.
I love this place they have fabulous stuff at very reasonable and affordable price Simply I love Jo’s Discount
