The associates paid no attention to me after taking my money, even after standing in front of a coat rack for 20 minutes.
Awesome customer service! My fiance did not know the ins and outs of buying a suit since he was in the military for 19 years. Holly Ann got him all set up with everything and even put a rush on his alterations since he had an important interview that week. When it came time to pick up the suit, we were running late. They stayed open past closing to make sure he had his suit for the big day. Thank you employees of Jos. A Bank!!!
